Dumbbell Around the World
Lying on a bench, sweep straight-ish arms in a wide arc from the hips to overhead and back; light weight only.

How to do it
Setup
On a bench, light bells at the hips, palms up, arms nearly straight.
Steps
- Sweep both arms in wide arcs along the floor's plane to overhead.
- Keep the bells low and level through the arc.
- Return along the same wide path.
Common mistakes
Arcs rising into a press: the sweep stays LOW and wide. Heavy bells: this is a stretch-arc, light by design. Rushing the overhead point: the stretch there is the prize.
Breathing
Inhale sweeping overhead, exhale returning.
