Devil Press
A dumbbell burpee that ends in a double dumbbell snatch: from the floor the bells swing between the legs and up to lockout overhead in one movement.

How to do it
Setup
Two dumbbells on the floor shoulder-width; stand over them.
Steps
- Grip the dumbbells, kick the feet back to a plank on them and do a push-up.
- Jump the feet in and hinge, both bells swinging between the legs.
- Drive the hips through and swing the bells up in one arc to lockout overhead.
- Lower the bells to the floor under control; that is one rep.
Common mistakes
Arm-lifting the bells from the hinge: the hip snap sends them up, the arms finish. Bells swinging away from the body: keep the arc tight. Soft lockout overhead: both arms straight before they come down.
Breathing
Inhale at the bottom, sharp exhale through the snatch.
