Decline Push-Up
Feet raised on a bench or box; the higher the feet, the more the load moves to the upper chest and shoulders.

How to do it
Setup
Feet on a bench or box, hands under the shoulders on the floor.
Steps
- Lower the chest toward the floor, body one line.
- The higher the feet, the more the upper chest works.
- Press to lockout.
Common mistakes
Head diving first: chest leads, neck neutral. Hips piking as the feet rise: the line stays straight at any height. Hands drifting forward: under the shoulders.
Breathing
Inhale down, exhale pressing.
