Cable Kneeling Pulldown
Kneeling between two high pulleys, pull a handle in each hand down to the shoulders; kneeling takes the legs out and the separate cables let each arm find its line.
How to do it
Setup
Kneeling tall midway between the towers, a handle from each high pulley in each hand, arms long in a V.
Steps
- Pull both handles down to the shoulders, elbows toward the hips.
- Squeeze the blades down with the torso upright.
- Let the arms rise back into the V with control.
Common mistakes
Sitting back on the heels to heave the load: kneel tall, hips over the knees. Arching the lower back: ribs down, glutes tight. Hands drifting forward of the shoulders: pull down beside them.
Breathing
Exhale on the pull, inhale on the return.
