Bicycle Crunch
Alternate elbow to opposite knee while the other leg extends; the rotation is the point, not the speed.

How to do it
Setup
On your back, hands behind the head, legs lifted, knees bent.
Steps
- Bring one elbow toward the opposite knee while the other leg extends.
- Rotate through the torso, not the arms.
- Alternate sides in a steady rhythm.
Common mistakes
Elbows flapping: the SHOULDER travels to the knee. Pedaling too fast: slow rotation keeps the obliques on. Pulling the neck: hands only rest.
Breathing
Exhale on each rotation, inhale switching.
