Drive the sled forward with short powerful steps and a braced trunk; no eccentric, so it is easy on recovery.

How to do it
Setup
Hands on the poles, arms long or bent but FIXED, trunk braced, body one diagonal line.
Steps
- Drive the sled with short powerful steps.
- Push the ground BACK, not down.
- Keep the line from head to heel.
Common mistakes
Arms pumping: they are rods; the LEGS push. Hips popping up: flatten the diagonal. Long slow strides: short and punchy moves sleds.
Breathing
Steady and strong; never held.
