How to do it

Setup

Hands on the poles, arms long or bent but FIXED, trunk braced, body one diagonal line.

Steps

  1. Drive the sled with short powerful steps.
  2. Push the ground BACK, not down.
  3. Keep the line from head to heel.

Common mistakes

Arms pumping: they are rods; the LEGS push. Hips popping up: flatten the diagonal. Long slow strides: short and punchy moves sleds.

Steady and strong; never held.
