Resistance Band One-Leg Glute Bridge

The single-leg floor bridge against a band that runs from under the working foot over the hip, so the pull is strongest at the top.

How to do it

Setup

On your back, a looped band under the planted foot and over the same hip crease, the free knee lifted.

Steps

  1. Drive through the planted heel until the hip is fully open.
  2. Hold the top for a beat against the band's pull.
  3. Lower slowly; finish the leg, then move the band and switch.

Common mistakes

Band sliding up toward the waist: seat it in the hip crease. Pelvis sagging on the free side: keep both hips level. Dropping fast: the band snaps you down; resist it.

Breathing

Exhale driving, inhale lowering.
