Pinwheel Curl
Neutral grip, curling across the body toward the opposite shoulder; the brachialis leads.

How to do it
Setup
Neutral grip, bells at the sides.
Steps
- Curl one bell across the body toward the opposite shoulder, hammer-style.
- Keep the elbow low as the forearm sweeps.
- Lower along the diagonal; alternate.
Common mistakes
Shoulder lifting to carry the bell: the elbow bends, the shoulder watches. Rotating the grip: hammer the whole way. Rushing the crossover: slow diagonal, full contact with the movement.
Breathing
Exhale on each curl, inhale lowering.
