Medicine Ball Push-Up
Push-up with both hands on the ball – or one hand, alternating; lower the chest to the ball and press back up, keeping the body straight.

How to do it
Setup
Both hands on the ball under the chest – or one hand on it, alternating.
Steps
- Lower the chest toward the ball.
- Keep the wobble quiet with braced shoulders.
- Press up; if alternating, roll the ball to the other hand.
Common mistakes
Elbows flaring on the narrow base: tuck them harder here. Rushing the roll-over: settle the ball, then press. Wrists straining: grip AROUND the ball, fingers spread.
Breathing
Inhale down, exhale pressing.
