Kneeling Leg Half Circle
On all fours, one straight leg sweeps a half circle from out at the side to straight behind and back, working the side and rear glutes in one arc.
How to do it
Setup
On all fours, hands under the shoulders, one leg straight out to the side, toes just off the floor.
Steps
- Sweep the straight leg up and around until it points straight back.
- Keep it at hip height through the arc.
- Trace the same arc back to the side; switch after the set.
Common mistakes
Trunk rolling with the leg: the back stays flat and still. Leg dropping below hip height mid-arc: slow down. Arching the lower back as the leg goes behind: stop at hip height.
Breathing
Steady throughout; never held.
