Kettlebell Overhead Triceps Extension
A kettlebell in each hand, lowered behind the head and pressed back up together.
How to do it
Setup
Standing tall, a kettlebell in each hand overhead, elbows by the ears.
Steps
- Lower both bells behind the head, elbows bending.
- Keep the elbows narrow and pointing up.
- Extend until the arms are straight overhead.
Common mistakes
Bells knocking together behind the head: keep a hand's width between them. Ribs flaring as the bells drop behind: brace, glutes tight. Bells swinging at the bottom: pause before the press.
Breathing
Inhale lowering, exhale extending.
