Kettlebell Front Rack Walking Lunge
Walking lunges with a kettlebell racked at each shoulder; the bells sit high on the chest, so the trunk stays upright from step to step.
How to do it
Setup
A kettlebell in each hand racked against the chest, elbows tucked, a clear path ahead.
Steps
- Step long into a lunge, lowering the back knee toward the floor.
- Stand up over the front foot and swing the back leg through.
- Keep the bells pinned to the chest on every step.
Common mistakes
Bells sliding off the rack: squeeze the elbows in and hold them high. Leaning forward on each step: chest up, shoulders over the hips. Short choppy steps: step long enough for both knees to reach about 90°.
Breathing
Steady with the steps.
