Kettlebell Biceps Curl
Curl with the bell hanging below the hand; the weight sits further out, so the forearm works harder than with a dumbbell.

How to do it
Setup
A kettlebell in each hand, bells hanging below the grip, elbows pinned.
Steps
- Curl the bells to the shoulders.
- Keep the wrists straight as the offset weight pulls.
- Lower slowly against the same pull.
Common mistakes
Wrists folding back: the bell's offset targets exactly that; lock them. Bells banging the forearms: control the top. Swinging the bells' mass: slower than a dumbbell curl.
Breathing
Exhale on the curl, inhale lowering.
