Burpee Power Sled Push
A burpee beside a loaded sled, then drive the sled forward a few strides; the pushing legs start already tired.
How to do it
Setup
Standing beside a loaded push sled, a clear lane ahead.
Steps
- Squat, kick the feet back to a plank and bring them back in.
- Stand, grip the sled's poles and lean in, arms long.
- Drive the sled forward with short powerful steps.
Common mistakes
Rounding the back over the poles: a straight line from head to heel. Long reaching strides: short steps under the hips. Rushing the burpee to get to the sled: finish the plank, then stand and set.
Breathing
Exhale on each drive; breathe with the steps.
