Bent Leg Circle Kick (Kneeling)
On all fours, the bent leg draws a circle: out to the side, back behind the hip and down again.
How to do it
Setup
On all fours, knees under the hips, a slight bend in the elbows.
Steps
- Start the circle by opening the knee sideways.
- Circle it back behind the hip, thigh level.
- Bring it down and in; reverse the circle halfway.
Common mistakes
Shifting the weight off the working side: hips stay over the knees. Circles shrinking as you tire: the same full arc each time. Dropping the head: neck long, eyes down.
Breathing
Steady throughout; never held.
