Resistance Band Kneeling Leg Half Circle
The kneeling half circle with a looped band above the knees, so every part of the arc pulls against the band.
How to do it
Setup
On all fours, a looped band just above the knees, one leg straight out to the side against its pull.
Steps
- Sweep the leg from the side round to straight behind, band taut.
- Hold the end of the arc for a beat.
- Return along the arc without letting the band snap it in.
Common mistakes
Band sliding down to the knees: seat it on the thighs. Hips rocking with the arc: the trunk stays square. Rushing the return: the band snaps the leg in; control it.
Breathing
Steady throughout; never held.
