Kettlebell Figure Eight
In a half squat, pass the bell between the legs in a figure eight, switching hands behind the knee; the back stays flat.

How to do it
Setup
Half squat, wide stance, bell in one hand.
Steps
- Pass the bell between the legs from front to back.
- Receive it with the other hand in front.
- Keep the eight flowing, torso tall.
Common mistakes
Standing up mid-eight: the half squat holds. Watching the bell: eyes forward; the hands learn. Rounding the back: chest tall through the pass.
Breathing
Steady rhythm with the passes.
