Setup

Half squat, wide stance, bell in one hand.

Steps

  1. Pass the bell between the legs from front to back.
  2. Receive it with the other hand in front.
  3. Keep the eight flowing, torso tall.

Common mistakes

Standing up mid-eight: the half squat holds. Watching the bell: eyes forward; the hands learn. Rounding the back: chest tall through the pass.
