Double Kettlebell Front Squat
Two bells in the rack position; squat deep keeping the elbows up and the torso upright, then stand.

How to do it
Setup
Two kettlebells racked at the shoulders, elbows tucked, wrists straight.
Steps
- Squat deep with the torso tall against the front load.
- Keep the elbows from flaring.
- Drive up through the whole foot.
Common mistakes
Bells dragging the chest forward: brace harder; this is a core lift in disguise. Wrists bending back: knuckles up, bells resting on the forearms. Shallow depth: the rack rewards full squats.
Breathing
Big breath at the top, exhale driving up.
